Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DAYOCON GROUP LLC ("DAYOCON", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit dayocon.com (the "Site"), contact us, subscribe to our software products, or engage us for software development services (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact information — such as your name, email address, company name and the content of your message when you email us, use our contact form or join our waitlist. Our website forms open your own email application; the message is sent from your email account and nothing is stored on the Site itself.
  • Account information — such as name, email, company and login credentials if you create an account for our SaaS.
  • Billing information — such as billing name, address and payment details when you make a purchase. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry date and payment status.
  • Project information — materials and information you share with us so we can deliver custom development services.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical and log data — our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time of access, for security and reliability.
  • Usage data — if you use our SaaS, we collect information about how the product is used in order to operate and improve it.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Services;
  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and prepare proposals;
  • To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage subscriptions;
  • To send service-related messages, such as renewal notices, security alerts and policy updates;
  • To notify you about our product launch if you joined the waitlist;
  • To protect against fraud and abuse and to keep the Services secure;
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Payments and Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. When you pay us, your payment information is provided directly to Stripe, which processes it under the Stripe Privacy Policy. Stripe may also use this information to detect and prevent fraud.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Vercel), cloud infrastructure and email providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of DAYOCON, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your light or dark theme preference; this stays on your device. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the fonts are requested.

Our SaaS, when available, will use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your account secure. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after closure, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent, and opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@dayocon.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify your identity first. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, if the changes are material, notify active customers by email.
